This wireless 4G / NB-IoT diesel level monitoring kit provides accurate, real-time visibility of your fuel tank without the need for gateways or complex installation. Level readings are transmitted directly to the cloud, allowing you to view live data, historical graphs, alarms, and SMS/email alerts from your phone or computer.
Designed for remote and unattended sites, the system is ideal for diesel storage tanks in industrial, agricultural, and commercial applications. The kit includes the first year of data and software, with ongoing service available at $12.50 per month thereafter.
The Battery-Powered Cellular Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensor – Non-Contact Version provides safe, reliable liquid level monitoring for sealed, pressurised, hazardous, or hard-to-access tanks.
Using ultrasonic sensing technology, the device measures liquid height from outside the tank, transmitting sound waves through the tank base and reflecting off the liquid surface. This non-contact measurement method completely eliminates the need for drilling, tank penetration, or direct contact with the liquid, removing contamination risks and improving installation safety.
The sensor is ideally suited to diesel storage tanks, chemical vessels, IBCs, gas cylinders, and water storage applications. With built-in 4G LTE Cat-M1 or NB-IoT connectivity, data is sent directly to the cloud without the need for gateways or local network infrastructure. This makes it particularly well-suited to remote agricultural locations, industrial sites, and standalone installations where LoRaWAN is unavailable.
Designed for long-term, unattended operation, the sensor is powered by an 8500mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery, delivering multi-year service life depending on reporting frequency. An IP66-rated enclosure, BLE mobile configuration, remote downlink control, and OTA firmware updates ensure reliable performance and simple ongoing maintenance.
The sensor integrates seamlessly with ProSight by ProSense and is fully compatible with third-party IoT platforms using MQTT, MQTTs, UDP, TCP, or CoAP.
