How can I return a ProSense unit?To return a ProSense unit, please complete our RMA form, which can be found on our website. For further assistance, you can contact us at sales@prosense.com.au or call 1800 652 062. Please ensure the unit is in its original condition and packaging.

What is ProSense's returns policy?You can return any order under $1000 (ex GST) within 30 days of your purchase. Make sure both the goods and the packaging are in as-new condition. - Step 1: If you change your mind or it is not the right product for your application, call us on 1800 652 062. An RMA form will be sent or can be found on the RMA Tab. - Step 2: We will arrange for the delivery back to our store. Ensure your returned items and packaging are in original condition and sent back to us, along with the completed returns form within 30 days of receiving your order. - Step 3: We will refund you the full cost of your order within 15 days of receiving the returned goods in our store if the products are shown to be as new. Any items showing use or damage cannot be refunded for the full cost. In some circumstances, if a customized product is returned, a re-stocking fee will be required. Alternatively, you can exchange the item(s) for something more suited for your application. Please note that any custom-ordered items will require a restock fee. What are ProSense single-use temperature loggers and how do they work?ProSense single-use temperature loggers, such as our ZTAG range, are easy-to-use devices with built-in memory and an LED or LCD screen. They track and record temperature excursions and automatically create PDF reports to document the conditions your shipment has been exposed to. Do the units have a Calibration Certificate?Yes, Each unit is supplied with a Validation certificate which is created on manufacture.

Are your temperature loggers suitable for vaccines?Yes, our temperature loggers are suitable for vaccines. Each unit comes with a calibration certificate to ensure high accuracy and proper monitoring. In case of any temperature issues, simply plug in the unit, and it will automatically generate a PDF report that can be sent to your insurance provider.

Are these Preset or can i program themThe Single Use units come programmed and are simply started by holding the push button, However not every application is the same. For this reason we offer a free Online Software which you can select your parameters and drop these onto the unit. This is the same for the Multi Use units.
