4. Online Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed via our Website are subject to review, acceptance, and availability. ProSense reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

6. Returns and Warranty

6.2 Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days (unless faulty)

  • Restocking fees may apply for change-of-mind or non-faulty returns

  • Return freight is the customer’s responsibility

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by ProSense or the manufacturer.
