Plan cleanroom pressure monitoring with lefoo around the measurements, communications and operator response your site needs. Explore an application concept and the questions to settle before supply.

Cleanroom Pressure Monitoring with LEFOO planning overview

LEFOO describes the LFM55 as a differential-pressure instrument for air or neutral gases, with a local display and configurable alarms. Output arrangements depend on the selected version.

Plan the pressure relationship

A room-pressure monitoring brief should identify the room, its reference area and the required pressure direction. Write the purpose of each point on a drawing before choosing instruments. A pressure reading by itself does not establish cleanliness or validate a controlled environment.

Build an understandable monitoring path

The proposed arrangement is a suitable pressure instrument with correctly located sampling points, a local indication where required and a compatible logging or building-management interface. A room name, pressure sign and reference label should remain consistent from the wall display through to any trend view.

Make alarms useful during normal activity

Define the conditions that warrant a response and the expected effects of doors, ventilation changes and maintenance. Alarm thresholds and delays should come from the site's design and operating requirements. Assign a response owner and agree whether an abnormal reading requires checking a door, ventilation plant or the measurement itself.

Accept the installation against a written brief

A proposed handover check should verify pressure direction, point labels, zero/reference checks, trend timestamps and alarm routing. Include an agreed test condition and record the configuration. The final installation and any controlled-environment validation remain project-specific.
