ProSight Flow is the ProSense customer-facing range. JUJEA / Anhui Jujie is the original project publisher and a manufacturer behind selected ProSight Flow products. Confirm the equivalent supplied model and configuration; this overseas or supplier-reported project was not delivered by ProSense.

The documented project

JUJEA describes a wastewater project for “Company H” in El Salvador using a split DN50 electromagnetic flow meter. Its account lists a PTFE liner, SS316L electrodes and pulse, 4–20 mA and RS485 outputs, alongside communication adjustments for the customer's existing system.

Applying the idea to a new project

Begin with the reporting boundary: which inflow or discharge does the meter represent, and who uses its total? Map the meter signal through the logger or control system to the final report. Give a missing reading its own status so communication loss is not mistaken for zero flow.

Equipment and integration questions

Confirm conductivity, solids, entrained air, chemical exposure and whether the pipe remains full. Match the liner, electrodes and process rating to the actual medium. Identify the required output and register map before ordering rather than assuming every communication option is fitted.

What to verify before handover

At handover, compare engineering units and totalisers at the instrument and receiving system. Keep the grounding, pipe location and commissioning checks with the asset record. Agree a verification method and cleaning access appropriate to the service.
