The Solar-Powered NB-IoT / LTE-M Triple Temperature Sensor (D23-NS Solar Edition) is engineered for long-term, remote, off-grid temperature monitoring across agriculture, environmental research, industrial processes, and utilities. Leveraging Australia’s NB-IoT and LTE-M (Cat-M1) cellular networks, it provides highly reliable communication without the need for LoRaWAN gateways or external power.

Equipped with three stainless-steel DS18B20 waterproof temperature probes, the sensor measures –55°C to +125°C with ±0.5°C typical accuracy. The triple-probe design enables simultaneous monitoring of:

• Soil temperature at three depths

• Compost core, middle, and outer zones

• Triple-zone fridges/freezers

• Inlet / mid-line / outlet industrial pipelines

• Tank top, middle, and bottom temperatures

• Greenhouse and horticulture multi-point sensing

An integrated solar panel continuously charges the internal Li-ion battery, enabling multi-year, maintenance-free operation. Combined with ultra-low-power NB-IoT/LTE-M connectivity, the sensor is ideal for isolated or hard-to-reach locations.

The rugged IP66 weatherproof enclosure is built to withstand dust, rain, moisture, and harsh Australian conditions. The device also includes BLE configuration, OTA firmware updates, adjustable temperature alarms, and offline datalogging to ensure all readings are captured even during temporary network outages.
