The S31-LS Solar-Powered LoRaWAN Temperature & Humidity Sensor is a rugged, long-life environmental monitoring device designed for outdoor and remote installations where reliability, accuracy, and ultra-low maintenance are essential.

Using a Sensirion SHT31 high-accuracy digital temperature and humidity sensor, the S31-LS delivers precise and stable measurements. The probe is housed in a waterproof, anti-condensation casing, ensuring long-term durability in harsh conditions such as farms, irrigation areas, greenhouses, pump stations, and remote environmental stations.

The sensor measures:

• Temperature: –40°C to +80°C (±0.2°C accuracy)

• Humidity: 0–99.9% RH (±2% RH accuracy)

Powered by a built-in solar panel and Li-ion rechargeable battery, the S31-LS is designed for multi-year autonomous operation, significantly extending service life compared to battery-only models. This makes it ideal for isolated areas where maintenance visits are costly or impractical.

The unit transmits data via LoRaWAN Class A, offering long-range, low-power communication through AU915/AS923 gateways — including ProSight, TTN, TagoIO, ChirpStack, and local LoRaWAN networks.

Additional features include temperature & humidity alarms, offline datalogging, BLE configuration, and OTA firmware upgrades, ensuring simple setup and high reliability in the field.
