The ProSense Industrial Electromagnetic Flow Meter provides reliable, high-accuracy measurement of conductive liquids including water, wastewater, acids, alkalis, slurries, food-grade liquids and chemical process media.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the flow meter features a full-bore design with no moving parts, PTFE lining, corrosion-resistant electrodes and multiple process connection options including flanged, threaded and tri-clamp connections.
The standard meter integrates directly with existing PLC, SCADA and process control systems using 4–20mA, RS485 Modbus RTU or Pulse outputs.
For remote applications, the flow meter can be supplied with a ProSense 4G RS485 Telemetry Gateway, providing secure remote access to live process data through ProSight Cloud or direct integration into the customer's existing SCADA platform via MQTT or Modbus TCP.
