Milesight UC300 Industrial IoT Controller – RTU with RS232, RS485, Analog

The Milesight UC300 Industrial IoT Controller is a versatile RTU designed to connect field devices to modern IoT platforms. It is available in two communication variants, allowing you to select the most suitable architecture for your deployment:

• LoRaWAN Version – Designed for low-power, long-range communication via LoRaWAN gateways
• 4G  Version – Adds cellular backhaul for direct cloud connectivity or hybrid network architectures - Includes ProSight Software.

Both versions support seamless integration with industrial equipment via RS232 and RS485 interfaces, enabling communication with PLCs, sensors, meters, and Modbus devices. The UC300 also includes a comprehensive I/O set with analog inputs (4–20 mA, 0–10 V, PT100), digital inputs, and outputs for direct field control.

In LoRaWAN deployments, the UC300 connects to gateways such as the Milesight UG67 and transmits data to platforms like The Things Stack. The 4G variant enables direct MQTT/cloud communication without requiring a LoRaWAN gateway, making it ideal for remote or standalone installations.

Its compact industrial design supports DIN rail, wall, or desktop installation, while 24V DC power ensures compatibility with control panels and automation systems.

Typical applications include smart infrastructure, utilities, remote telemetry, tank monitoring, smart parking, and industrial automation.
