The LoRaWAN Battery-Powered Microwave Radar Distance Sensor provides precise non-contact distance measurement using 60 GHz FMCW radar technology. Unlike ultrasonic or LiDAR sensors, microwave radar penetrates dust, moisture, condensation, fog, and debris, ensuring consistent and accurate readings in harsh industrial, agricultural, or wastewater environments.

With a measurement range of 15 cm to 1200 cm and accuracy of ±(2 cm + S×0.3%), the sensor is ideal for level detection, fill monitoring, presence detection, automation, and remote infrastructure monitoring. Its wide 25° × 23° sensing angle allows versatile installation in tanks, bins, pits, culverts, and confined industrial spaces.

Powered by a long-life 8500 mAh Li-SOCI₂ battery, the device supports multi-year operation. LoRaWAN Class A connectivity ensures low-power, long-range communication with any LoRaWAN gateway.

The sensor also supports BLE configuration, LoRaWAN remote settings, and OTA firmware updates for easy deployment and fleet management.
