SensorPrints™ is the industry’s first and only end-to-end data authentication platform specifically designed for low-power wireless IoT sensors. Created for enterprises that prioritize data integrity and security, SensorPrints ensures that every data transmission from a Monnit Wireless Sensor is cryptographically authenticated—from the point of generation to the point of consumption.
Using 256-bit SHA3 authentication, SensorPrints generates a unique fingerprint for each sensor. This fingerprint, paired with a secure token, is sent with every sensor message. The system then uses a cryptographic hash function to verify the token against a per-device secret key—ensuring that the data you receive is authentic, untampered, and verifiable.
