A high-performance 10” HMI + PLC all-in-one with 24 digital inputs and 20 transistor outputs. Designed for industrial automation with built-in USB 2.0, high-speed functions, and advanced connectivity options.
The EX3G-8100H integrates a 10.1” HMI touchscreen with a powerful PLC controller, combining operator interface and machine logic into one compact device. This reduces wiring, panel space, and maintenance costs while improving system efficiency.
Equipped with 24 digital inputs and 20 transistor outputs (NPN, 500 mA each), it supports high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz) and pulse output (100 kHz on Y0–Y3, 10 kHz on Y4–Y7). Optional analog I/O (up to 16 AI and 8 AO) enables direct monitoring and control of sensors such as thermocouples, PT100/PT1000, and current/voltage signals.
The 10.1” 1024×600 resistive TFT screen provides clear, responsive control, while the pluggable terminal design makes installation and replacement simple — reducing downtime and service costs. Communication options include USB 2.0, RS232, and optional RS485, CAN, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi, supporting Modbus RTU/TCP, Mitsubishi PLC protocol, and custom protocols.
With 32K program steps, 32K retentive registers, PID auto-tuning, interrupts, interpolation, and program encryption, the EX3G-8100H delivers reliable performance for OEMs and system integrators.
