DRAGINO Water Quality Sensor Converter - LoRaWAN | Solar-Powered is a water quality sensor converter designed to connect up to three compatible water quality probes and transmit measurement data wirelessly to a LoRaWAN server. It supports a range of probe types, including EC, pH, dissolved oxygen, ORP, turbidity, residual chlorine and COD sensors. With Bluetooth configuration, wireless firmware updates and long-life battery operation or solar panel plus li-ion battery, it is suitable for remote water monitoring applications.

The DRAGINO Water Quality Sensor Converter - LoRaWAN | Solar-Powered is designed as the main communication and control unit for wireless water quality monitoring systems. It collects data from compatible water quality probes and uploads the measurements to a LoRaWAN server for remote monitoring.

The unit supports connection of one to three probes, allowing users to monitor multiple water quality parameters from a single installation. Compatible probe options listed by Dragino include electrical conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, oxidation-reduction potential, turbidity, residual chlorine and chemical oxygen demand.

It is suitable for monitoring tap water, industrial water, environmental water and wastewater. Bluetooth v5.1 support allows local configuration, while LoRaWAN remote configuration and wireless OTA firmware updates assist with ongoing device management.

How it works

  • Compatible water quality probes are connected to the WQS-LB main unit.
  • The connected probes measure the selected water quality parameters.
  • The WQS-LB collects the measurement data.
  • Data is transmitted wirelessly using LoRaWAN to a compatible LoRaWAN server.
  • Device settings can be adjusted using Bluetooth, LoRaWAN remote configuration or AT commands, depending on the supported configuration method.

Why choose this product?
