The DRAGINO Ultrasonic Distance Sensor with LoRaWAN and Solar Panel is a wireless LiDAR Time of Flight distance sensor designed for Internet of Things monitoring and control applications. The sensor uses laser technology to detect the distance between the probe and a measured object, then sends the recorded value wirelessly through a LoRaWAN network.

The sensor can measure distances from 0.1 to 40 metres when measuring targets with 90% reflectivity. For lower-reflectivity targets at 10%, the confirmed measurement range is 0.1 to 13.5 metres. A 1 cm distance resolution and 3° field of view support focused distance measurement.
