ProSight Flow is the ProSense customer-facing range. JUJEA / Anhui Jujie is the original project publisher and a manufacturer behind selected ProSight Flow products. Confirm the equivalent supplied model and configuration; this overseas or supplier-reported project was not delivered by ProSense.

Supplier-reported project; customer anonymised. Victoria, Australia.

The documented project

JUJEA reports supplying two DN20 batch-filling systems to a Victorian food business identified as “BE”. The account describes water addition to mixing tanks using a turbine flow meter, control box and solenoid valve, with clamp connections and outdoor protection.

Applying the idea to a new project

For a comparable project, treat the meter, valve and batch controller as one sequence. Define how a batch starts, how delivery stops, and what happens after loss of power, an empty supply or a failed signal. Decide where an operator confirms completion and how an incomplete batch is recorded.

Equipment and integration questions

Specify the minimum and maximum batch, delivery time, flow range and acceptable overrun. Include product-contact requirements, cleaning conditions, pipe connections and enclosure exposure. Ask for the exact wiring and parts schedule; a connection style or enclosure description alone does not establish suitability for your production process.

What to verify before handover

Verify repeatability with representative batches and an agreed reference. Include valve closing delay and fluid remaining downstream of the meter. Record results and settings so a future replacement can be checked against the same acceptance method.
