The ProSight Process PSC90AS Universal Signal Isolator is a compact DIN rail mounted signal conditioning module designed to isolate, convert, retransmit and process industrial analogue and temperature signals with exceptional accuracy and reliability.

Supporting 4–20mA, 0–20mA, voltage, millivolt, thermocouple and RTD inputs, the PSC90AS can be fully software configured without changing hardware, simplifying commissioning while reducing spare parts inventory.

The PSC90AS is available in single and dual input/output configurations, with programmable analogue outputs including 4–20mA, 0–20mA, 0–10V, 0–5V and 1–5V, as well as optional RS485 Modbus RTU communication for direct integration with PLC, SCADA and DCS systems.

For advanced applications, selected models include dual-input mathematical functions, allowing two process variables to be combined using addition, subtraction, multiplication or division. This makes the PSC90AS ideal for differential pressure calculations, ratio control, flow compensation, efficiency monitoring and other advanced process applications.

With 1500VAC galvanic isolation, ±0.2% full-scale accuracy, integrated LED indication and compact DIN rail mounting, the PSC90AS provides dependable signal conditioning for demanding industrial environments.
