This Cellular NB-IoT / LTE-M Temperature Sensor is engineered for applications that require reliable long-range temperature monitoring without relying on LoRaWAN gateways. Using Australia’s NB-IoT and Cat-M1 networks (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone), it delivers dependable communication even in remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Equipped with a high-accuracy DS18B20 stainless-steel waterproof probe, the sensor provides precise temperature readings from –55°C to +125°C, with ±0.5°C typical accuracy. The extended 2-meter probe cable allows for soil, compost, greenhouse, industrial, pipeline, and environmental temperature profiling.

Built into a rugged IP66 outdoor enclosure, the sensor withstands dust, rain, dirt, UV exposure, and harsh Australian climates. Depending on the model (battery or solar), the device can operate autonomously for years, making it ideal for remote agricultural or industrial sites.

The NB-IoT / LTE-M version supports BLE phone configuration, wireless OTA firmware updates, temperature alarm thresholds, and on-device data logging so no readings are lost during temporary connectivity outages.

The device integrates seamlessly with ProSight Monitoring Software, allowing dashboards, alerts, charts, reports, and historical analysis.
It can also be used with your own IoT or SCADA software using MQTT, HTTP, or UDP payloads.
