This High-Temperature Stainless Steel Data Logger is designed for extreme environments where accuracy, durability, and waterproof performance are essential. Built from SUS316 stainless steel and certified IP68, it can be safely submerged underwater up to 10 metres for 30 minutes—making it ideal for applications involving moisture, steam, pressure, or full liquid immersion.

Featuring an A-grade PT1000 temperature probe, this logger provides precise measurements across a wide –40°C to +140°C range. It is fully compatible with autoclaves, steam sterilisation, retort and pasteurisation processes, high-pressure environments, and wet industrial systems.

Completely plug-and-play, this unit requires no drivers or software installation. Simply plug it into your computer, and it automatically generates detailed PDF and Excel reports containing graphs, summary data, and time-stamped logs. The logger is fully user-programmable with selectable sampling intervals, start delays, password protection, and multi-language support.

With its replaceable lithium battery, IP68 waterproof housing, and multi-use capability, this high-temperature stainless data logger is a long-life, cost-effective solution for temperature validation and monitoring in demanding environments.
