The Head-Mounted Temperature Transmitter provides a compact and reliable solution for converting thermocouple and RTD signals into a standard 4–20mA output. Designed for direct installation inside sensor connection heads, it features full input-to-output electrical isolation (1500VAC) to ensure stable performance in industrial environments.

With support for 8 thermocouple types and 2 RTD types, the transmitter is fully programmable via PC software and a USB interface, allowing flexible configuration for a wide range of applications. Built-in cold junction compensation improves accuracy when using thermocouples, while the standard 2-wire 24VDC design ensures compatibility with PLCs, DCS, and other process control systems.
