The Elcometer 215 Oven Data Logger Thermal Barrier Kit is a premium industrial temperature profiling system designed for high-temperature process validation up to +1300°C. The Elcometer 215 Oven Data Logger (G215-2T) is designed for precise thermal profiling in industrial ovens, furnaces, and coating lines. Built for demanding environments, the system enables operators to verify oven performance, validate curing cycles, and optimise production processes.

With a wide measurement range of -200°C to +1300°C (sensor dependent), the logger supports extreme temperature applications from cryogenic testing through to high-temperature furnace operations. Adjustable logging intervals from 8 readings per second to 1 reading per hour allow both rapid transient analysis and long-duration validation runs.

The integrated high-temperature resistant thermal barrier protects the electronic logger while travelling through conveyor ovens or operating in elevated ambient conditions. The compact yet robust enclosure (245 × 245 × 115 mm, 6 kg) ensures durability in industrial environments.
