DRAGINO NB-IoT LTE-M (NRF9151) Temperature Humidity Sensor is an NB-IoT and LTE-M temperature and humidity sensor designed for remote environmental monitoring. It uses an SHT31 sensor and sends measured data to an IoT server through cellular connectivity. The S31-FB supports MQTT, MQTTs, TCP and UDP communication, with periodic uplinks, alarm functions and Bluetooth configuration. It is powered by an 8500 or 19000mAh mAh Li/SOCl2 battery and is suitable for applications requiring long-term, remotely accessible temperature and humidity monitoring.

  • The DRAGINO NB-IoT LTE-M (NRF9151) Temperature Humidity Sensor provides wireless temperature and humidity monitoring over NB-IoT or LTE-M cellular networks. It is designed for installations where measured environmental data needs to be collected remotely and transferred to an IoT server without a local wired data connection.

The sensor uses a Sensirion SHT31 digital temperature and humidity sensor. Dragino specifies the SHT31 as calibrated, linearised and temperature compensated, with the sensing element housed in a waterproof anti-condensation casing.

The DRAGINO NB-IoT LTE-M (NRF9151) Temperature Humidity Sensor can communicate with IoT platforms using MQTT, MQTTs, TCP or UDP. It also supports periodic uplinks, downlink configuration, temperature and humidity alarms, multiple sampling with a single uplink, and GNSS location reporting.

    How it works

    • The SHT31 sensor measures the surrounding temperature and relative humidity.
    • The DRAGINO NB-IoT LTE-M (NRF9151) Temperature Humidity Sensor processes the sensor readings and transmits them through an NB-IoT or LTE-M network.
    • Data can be sent to an IoT server using MQTT, MQTTs, TCP or UDP.
    • The device can perform periodic uplinks and supports multiple sampling before a single uplink.
    • GNSS can be enabled to provide latitude and longitude information in the uplink data.
    • Bluetooth v5.1 allows the device to be configured remotely and supports firmware updates.
