This digital RCD / ELCB tester is designed to verify the correct operation of residual current devices, safety switches, and leakage protection circuit breakers in electrical installations. Controlled by an intelligent microprocessor, it delivers high accuracy, reliability, and repeatable test results for professional electrical testing.
The tester features an AUTO RAMP function, which gradually increases test current from 20% to 110% in defined steps, simultaneously measuring trip time and operating current. This allows electricians to confirm both compliance and performance of protection devices in accordance with electrical safety requirements.
Selectable phase angles (0° and 180°) enable detection of the fastest tripping time, while on-screen wiring inspection prompts help ensure correct connection before testing. After each test, results are automatically held on the display for easy recording.
Additional features include contact voltage alarms, built-in voltage and frequency measurement, overload indication, and fuse protection. With a CAT III 600V safety rating and double or reinforced insulation, this tester is suitable for use in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
