Coolmay PLCs, HMIs, combined controllers, drives and I/O for practical control applications.
The application
Select the controller and operator interface around the machine or process. Clarify what must be measured, displayed and controlled before choosing an I/O count or enclosure.
Applications & industries
Pump and tank control, machine status, temperature and process monitoring, irrigation and manufacturing equipment.
Equipment & technology families
Coolmay PLCs, HMIs and combined PLC/HMI units, expansion I/O and variable speed drives. Sensor signals, communications, supply voltage and expansion support vary by controller series and model.
System architecture

Field sensors → compatible input modules → PLC logic → HMI operator view; configured outputs → suitable drive or actuator. Optional remote monitoring requires a supported gateway and an agreed integration scope.
Selection considerations
Prepare an I/O schedule covering digital inputs and outputs, analogue ranges, RTD or thermocouple channels, supply and load ratings. Confirm HMI screen size, communications, register mapping and expansion compatibility. For drives, provide motor nameplate, supply phase and voltage, current, duty and control requirements.
Frequently asked questions
Is programming included? Only when listed in the quotation or kit scope. Can a sensor connect directly to a PLC? Match its signal, wiring, power and isolation requirements to the input; a converter or dedicated module may be needed. Is a standard controller a safety controller? Safety functions require separately specified, appropriate equipment and design.
Equipment, systems & supporting resources
Kit inclusions vary by listing. Confirm exact part numbers, quantities, accessories, subscriptions and configuration in your quotation.
Discuss your project
Send the application, site conditions, equipment models, required measurements and reporting or control objectives. Our Australian team can confirm selection requirements and quotation scope.
