Selection considerations
Confirm the measurement and range, AU frequency or network support, site coverage, antenna position, reporting interval, battery or external power, enclosure rating and data subscription. Check payload decoding and platform support for the exact model. Battery life depends on reporting, signal and conditions.

Can different brands use one gateway? Only where the radio protocol, region, device profile and platform are verified; Monnit RF does not become LoRaWAN by sharing a site. Does every kit include data and software? Check the listed inclusions and licence term for the chosen kit.
