This Solar-Powered NB-IoT / LTE-M Temperature Sensor is built for remote, off-grid temperature monitoring across agricultural, industrial, and environmental applications. Using Australia’s NB-IoT and LTE-M networks, the device delivers reliable long-distance connectivity without requiring Wi-Fi or LoRaWAN gateways.
Equipped with a precision DS18B20 stainless-steel temperature probe, the sensor measures –55°C to +125°C with ±0.5°C typical accuracy. The 2-meter waterproof probe allows deep soil measurement, compost monitoring, greenhouse control, water pipe sensing, and other outdoor applications requiring high accuracy in harsh conditions.
The integrated solar panel continuously recharges the internal Li-ion battery, dramatically extending operational life and providing years of maintenance-free performance — ideal for remote farms, vineyards, environmental stations, mining sites, and isolated assets.
Built with an IP66 weatherproof enclosure, the device withstands rain, dust, UV exposure, and extreme Australian climates. It supports BLE configuration, wireless OTA firmware updates, temperature alarms, and data logging, ensuring that no data is lost during coverage interruptions.
The sensor seamlessly integrates with ProSight Monitoring Software, providing dashboards, charts, alerts, and historical analysis.
