The Solar-Powered 4G Cellular Differential Pressure Sensor delivers reliable real-time monitoring of pressure differences between two points—essential for detecting filter blockages, airflow imbalance, valve faults, pipeline restrictions, and HVAC performance degradation.
Unlike standard absolute pressure sensors, this unit measures pressure differential, giving precise insight into whether a system is obstructed, restricted, or operating normally. It is ideal for ducts, fans, blowers, pipelines, clean rooms, gas processing plants, and industrial air systems.
With an integrated solar panel and high-capacity rechargeable battery, it is built for remote, hard-to-access locations where changing batteries is not practical. Using 4G LTE cellular connectivity, it sends data directly to ProSight or any cloud platform via MQTT, HTTPS, or TCP.
Bluetooth setup, remote firmware updates, alarm thresholds, configurable reporting intervals, and rugged construction make it suitable for long-term industrial deployment.
