ProSight Automation 4.3" HMI PLC All In One Temp. Control Powered by Coolmay is a compact industrial automation controller that integrates a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a 4.3-inch color touchscreen Human Machine Interface (HMI). By combining machine control and operator interface into a single unit, it minimizes panel space, reduces wiring complexity, and lowers installation costs.

The controller supports up to 12 digital inputs (DI) and 12 relay outputs (DO), making it suitable for controlling motors, valves, relays, alarms, sensors, and other industrial devices. Optional analog input configurations provide exceptional flexibility for monitoring temperature, voltage, and current signals, allowing the controller to adapt to a wide range of industrial applications.

Communication is supported through RS232 and RS485 serial ports with Modbus RTU protocol, enabling easy integration with inverters, sensors, meters, HMIs, and other industrial automation equipment.

How It Works

The controller continuously receives signals from connected sensors and switches through its digital and analog inputs. Based on the programmed PLC logic, it processes these signals and controls connected outputs such as relays, motors, pumps, valves, or alarms.
