LoRaWAN LiDAR Distance Sensor – Battery Powered (3–200 cm Range)
A compact LoRaWAN LiDAR distance sensor delivering highly accurate short-range measurements from 3 cm to 200 cm. Ideal for smart buildings, industrial automation, smart cities, and IoT distance/alarm applications.
Australian Stocked & Supported by ProSense — Works with ProSight and all third-party IoT platforms.
The LoRaWAN LiDAR Distance Sensor is a high-precision Time-of-Flight (ToF) device designed for short-range distance measurement in professional IoT applications. Using advanced VCSEL LiDAR technology, it reliably detects distances from 3 cm up to 200 cm, even in low-reflectivity or dynamically changing environments.
Built on LoRaWAN Class A, the sensor provides ultra-long-range wireless communication with extremely low power consumption. The internal 2400mAh Li-SOCI₂ battery supports multi-year operation*, and the device can alternatively be powered from an external supply for continuous, rapid-interval monitoring or counting applications.
The sensor supports BLE-free configuration using AT commands or LoRaWAN downlinks, and includes modes for periodic measurement, continuous measurement, alarms, and counting—making it suitable for occupancy, proximity detection, equipment monitoring, bin/tray level measurement, and more.
Fully compatible with ProSight and any LoRaWAN network/server including TTN, ChirpStack, Helium, or private gateways.
