DRAGINO LoRaWAN/NB-IoT Thermocouple Converter
DRAGINO LoRaWAN/NB-IoT Thermocouple Converter is thermocouple converter designed to measure industrial environment temperature and transmit readings to an IoT server over a LoRaWAN network. The TC11-LB is designed for K-Type thermocouples with a measurement range of -50°C to 200°C, while the TC01-LB provides two open wires for connection to third-party K, J, N, R, S, T, E or B type thermocouples. It also provides temperature alarms, data logging, Bluetooth configuration and wireless firmware updates.
The DRAGINO LoRaWAN/NB-IoT Thermocouple Converter is designed for applications where temperature measurements need to be collected and transmitted wirelessly to an IoT platform. It uses LoRaWAN 1.0.3 Class A communication to send temperature data to a LoRaWAN network and IoT server.
The two models provide different thermocouple connection options. The TC11-LB is designed for K-Type thermocouples and supports a specified temperature range of -50°C to 200°C. The TC01-LB has two open wires and can connect to third-party K, J, N, R, S, T, E or B type thermocouples.
How it works
- The connected thermocouple provides the temperature measurement.
- The TC01-LB or TC11-LB processes the measurement and transmits the data through a LoRaWAN network.
- Data can be uploaded periodically to an IoT server.
- A built-in data logging function records readings when network coverage is unavailable, allowing the stored sensor data to be retrieved later.
- Temperature alarm settings can be used to provide an alert when configured temperature conditions are reached.
- Bluetooth v5.1 and LoRaWAN remote configuration provide options for configuring the device.
- Wireless OTA firmware updates are supported.
Why choose this product
- Provides wireless LoRaWAN connectivity for thermocouple temperature monitoring.
- Offers two model options to suit different thermocouple connection requirements.
- The TC01-LB supports several third-party thermocouple types through its two-wire connection.
- Data logging helps retain measurements during periods without network coverage.
- Remote configuration and OTA firmware updates reduce the need for direct device access.
- Designed for low-power operation with a built-in 8500mAh Li/SOCl2 battery.
