Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter for Water, Oil & Industrial Liquids
Monitor liquid flow without cutting pipes or interrupting operations. This clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter provides accurate, non-invasive flow measurement for water, oil, diesel, glycol, chemicals and other homogeneous liquids. Suitable for pipe sizes DN15 and above, the system supports RS485 Modbus, 4–20mA and pulse outputs for integration with PLCs, SCADA and remote monitoring systems.
The GTIMEASURE GTUL31 Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter delivers reliable flow measurement without the need to break into existing pipework. Using advanced ultrasonic transit-time technology, the sensor mounts externally to the pipe, eliminating pressure loss, reducing installation costs, and allowing commissioning without process shutdown.
Designed for industrial, water treatment, HVAC, irrigation, mining and utility applications, the system supports a wide range of pipe materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, cast iron and PVC. The meter provides real-time flow rate, totalised flow and diagnostic information via a local display while offering seamless integration through 4–20mA analogue, pulse and RS485 Modbus outputs.
Suitable for both retrofit and new installations, the GTUL31 is an ideal solution where conventional inline flow meters are impractical or where process interruption must be avoided.
