The ProSense Sanitary Turbine Flow Meter provides precise volumetric flow measurement for clean, low-to-medium viscosity liquids. Constructed from SS304 stainless steel and fitted with a tri-clamp sanitary connection, it is suitable for applications requiring easy cleaning and hygienic installation.
The turbine measurement principle delivers stable and repeatable flow readings for fluids such as water, hydraulic oil, fuels, and other compatible pure liquids. An integrated touch display allows real-time monitoring of flow rate and totalised volume directly at the installation point.
With multiple output options including pulse, 4–20 mA analogue, and RS485 (Modbus RTU), the flow meter integrates easily with PLCs, SCADA systems, batching controllers, and data loggers.
This solution is ideal for food & beverage (non-certified applications), light chemical processing, fuel systems, and industrial liquid handling where sanitary fittings are required.
