Description
The ProSense Portable Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flow Meter enables accurate liquid flow measurement without cutting pipes or interrupting process operations. Using transit-time ultrasonic technology, sensors are mounted externally on the pipe, making it ideal for temporary installations, audits, diagnostics, and validation work.
The unit supports a wide range of pipe sizes and materials and delivers reliable performance across low to moderate flow velocities. An integrated OLED display provides clear real-time flow data, while internal storage allows daily, monthly, and annual logging for later analysis.
With 4–20 mA analogue output, RS485 digital communication, and optional alarm functions, the meter can operate as a standalone diagnostic tool or integrate into PLCs, SCADA systems, and data loggers.
