MONNIT Wireless Water Leak Detection Sensor with Probe is an industrial wireless Water Detect Plus Sensor designed to detect the presence or absence of water. It uses a probe mounted at the end of a 3/10/25/50/100 foot lead and operates on Monnit ALTA 433 MHz wireless technology. The sensor is suited to industrial monitoring applications where water leaks, liquid presence or changing water conditions need to be identified remotely.

The MONNIT Wireless Water Leak Detection Sensor with Probe Industrial Wireless Water Detect Plus Sensor provides remote monitoring of water presence or absence. Its probe is connected to the sensor by a 3/10/25/50/100 foot lead, allowing the sensing point to be positioned separately from the main sensor enclosure.

The probe works by closing an electrical circuit when it comes into contact with water, triggering an alert through the monitoring system. The probe can be mounted at a selected position to suit the monitoring point and help account for expected conditions such as condensation.

This industrial version operates on ALTA 433 MHz wireless communication and includes a pre-installed 3V industrial battery and a standard di-pole SMA antenna. The supplied model is configured with a 3/10/25/50/100 foot wire lead, with longer lead options listed by Monnit for the product family.
