LoRaWAN Water Leak Sensor – Battery Powered (AAA)

The Battery-Powered LoRaWAN Water Leak Sensor is a compact, ultra-low-power device designed to detect water ingress in critical areas — such as server rooms, pump stations, HVAC systems, basements, kitchens, warehouses, and equipment enclosures.

When water bridges the two stainless-steel probe contacts, the device triggers an immediate water-leak alert over LoRaWAN. It also records leak duration, counts total leak events, and supports periodic heartbeat uploads even when no leak is detected.

Powered by 2× standard AAA batteries, the sensor provides up to 16,000–70,000 uplinks, delivering between 2 to 10 years of operational life depending on reporting frequency. When depleted, the enclosure opens easily for simple battery replacement — no special tools required.

The device supports BLE configuration, AT commands, and remote downlink configuration, allowing fast deployment across large sites. With encrypted LoRaWAN Class A connectivity, it integrates seamlessly with ProSight or any third-party platform (TTN, ChirpStack, private LoRaWAN networks, etc.).
