Liquid Batch Filling Controller

This liquid batch filling controller enables automated control of liquid filling processes based on flow measurement input from a compatible flow meter. Designed for industrial environments, it supports accurate batch dosing for water and other compatible liquids in applications such as tank filling, container batching, process dosing, and utility systems.
The controller accepts common flow signals including pulse, 4–20 mA, and RS485, allowing it to work with a wide range of turbine, electromagnetic, and ultrasonic flow meters. Batch parameters can be configured to control external valves, pumps, or actuators via the controller outputs, enabling repeatable and efficient filling cycles.
A clear digital display provides real-time indication of batch status and operational values. This product is supplied as a batch control and indication device only and must be installed and commissioned by suitably qualified personnel as part of a compliant system.
