Electromagnetic Flow Meter – Integrated Wastewater & Conductive Liquid Flow

This integrated electromagnetic flow meter delivers stable, non-intrusive flow measurement for conductive liquids across wastewater, industrial, and process applications.

Using proven electromagnetic measurement principles, the meter operates with no moving parts, eliminating mechanical wear and ensuring long-term reliability in challenging environments such as sewage systems, sludge handling, and effluent discharge lines.

The internally lined flow tube with PTFE corrosion-resistant material provides strong chemical resistance, while the carbon steel body ensures durability for fixed pipeline installations in industrial settings.

An integrated LCD display provides clear local indication of instantaneous flow rate and totalised volume, enabling on-site monitoring without additional equipment. For system integration, the meter supports pulse, 4–20 mA, and RS485 (Modbus RTU) outputs, making it compatible with PLCs, SCADA systems, RTUs, and cloud-based monitoring platforms.
