This integrated electromagnetic flow meter provides reliable, non-intrusive flow measurement for conductive liquids such as sewage, wastewater, and industrial effluent. Using electromagnetic measurement principles with no moving parts, it maintains stable performance in challenging media containing solids, sludge, or suspended particles.
The meter incorporates a corrosion-resistant lined flow tube and a durable metal body suitable for fixed pipeline installation. A built-in LCD display allows local indication of flow rate and totals, while pulse, 4–20 mA, and RS485 outputs support integration with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and data loggers.
Powered from a low-voltage DC supply, the device is intended for continuous operation in treatment plants, pumping stations, and industrial discharge lines. This product is supplied as a flow monitoring instrument only and must be installed and commissioned by suitably qualified personnel.
