An insertion-type thermal mass flow meter designed for accurate measurement of low to medium gas flow rates in pipelines. Ideal for natural gas and liquefied gas applications, it provides stable, conditioned outputs to protect downstream monitoring and control instruments.
This insertion thermal mass flow meter is engineered for direct mass flow measurement of gases without the need for pressure or temperature compensation. Using thermal dispersion technology, it delivers precise and repeatable flow data even at very low flow rates, making it suitable for natural gas distribution, liquefied gas systems, compressed air, and industrial gas monitoring.
The insertion design allows installation on a wide range of pipe diameters while minimizing pressure loss. An integrated LCD display provides clear local indication, while pulse, 4–20 mA, and RS485 outputs enable seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and protective instrumentation such as Prosense devices.
Constructed from stainless steel, the sensor offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance for long-term operation in industrial environments.
