A high-accuracy electromagnetic flow meter designed for reliable measurement of conductive food and process liquids such as milk and juice. Featuring a PTFE-lined bore, integrated LCD display, and standard industrial outputs, this meter is suitable for hygienic process monitoring and automation.
This electromagnetic flow meter delivers accurate, repeatable flow measurement for conductive liquids using a non-intrusive electromagnetic sensing principle with no moving parts. It is well suited to applications involving food and beverage liquids (e.g., milk, juice) as well as clean process liquids where stable performance and easy integration are required.
The PTFE-lined flow tube supports smooth flow and chemical resistance, while the integrated LCD provides clear local indication of flow rate and totalised volume. Multiple output options—including pulse, 4–20 mA, and RS485—enable seamless connection to PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and data loggers.
Designed for inline installation with flanged connections and powered by a low-voltage DC supply, this product is supplied as a flow monitoring instrument only and must be installed and commissioned by suitably qualified personnel.
