This handheld ultrasonic flow meter uses transit-time measurement technology to provide accurate, non-contact flow monitoring without cutting or interrupting the pipeline.
The clamp-on transducers mount externally to the pipe surface, making it suitable for temporary diagnostics, system audits, energy monitoring, and troubleshooting applications. It eliminates pressure loss and contamination risks associated with in-line flow meters.
With ±1% measurement accuracy under proper installation conditions, the device supports reliable flow measurement across a wide range of pipe sizes from 25mm to 6000mm inner diameter.
The instrument features a dot matrix LCD display (Chinese 4×8 or Western 4×16 format), supporting multiple languages including Chinese, English, Italian, and French. The flame-retardant ABS housing enhances durability for field environments.
Powered by built-in rechargeable Ni-H batteries (3 × AAA configuration), the meter provides over 12 hours of operation per full charge. A universal 100–240VAC charger is included for convenient recharging.
