Electromagnetic Flow Meter – Sewage & Wastewater
A robust electromagnetic flow meter designed for accurate measurement of sewage, wastewater, and other conductive liquids. Featuring a PTFE-lined bore, integrated LCD display, and multiple industrial outputs, this meter is suitable for water treatment and industrial monitoring applications.
This electromagnetic flow meter measures the flow of conductive liquids using a non-intrusive electromagnetic principle with no moving parts, ensuring reliable performance in challenging wastewater and sewage environments. It is well suited to applications such as treatment plants, pumping stations, industrial discharge monitoring, and process water systems.
The PTFE lining provides chemical resistance and smooth flow characteristics, while the carbon steel body supports durability in industrial installations. An integrated LCD display provides local indication of flow rate and totalised volume. Standard outputs—including pulse, 4–20 mA analogue, and RS485 digital communication—enable straightforward integration with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and data loggers.
