The ProSense Electromagnetic Flow Meter delivers precise volumetric flow measurement using Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. Designed specifically for conductive liquids, it provides stable and reliable performance in demanding environments such as sewage systems, wastewater treatment, and industrial process lines.
The meter features a PTFE-lined flow tube for chemical resistance and 316L stainless steel electrodes for durability and corrosion resistance. A flanged DIN connection allows secure inline installation in pipelines.
An integrated LCD display provides real-time flow rate and totalisation data, while multiple output options—including 4–20 mA analogue, pulse output, and RS485 (Modbus RTU)—enable seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and data loggers.
With no moving parts and minimal pressure loss, this electromagnetic flow meter is well suited for long-term industrial operation.
