DRAGINO Wireless Temperature Monitoring Sensor
DRAGINO Wireless Temperature Monitoring Sensor is a battery-powered LoRaWAN temperature sensors designed for remote and outdoor temperature monitoring. They use a DS18B20 probe to measure temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and transmit readings through a LoRaWAN network. The sensors support temperature alarms, data logging, Bluetooth configuration and wireless firmware updates. The D20S-LB is designed for soil or road temperature monitoring applications.
The DRAGINO Wireless Temperature Monitoring Sensor provides wireless temperature monitoring using LoRaWAN communication. A DS18B20 probe measures the temperature at the monitoring point, with readings transmitted wirelessly to a LoRaWAN gateway and compatible IoT platform.
The battery-powered design is suited to installations where wired connections may be impractical.
How it works
- The external probe measures temperature at the monitoring location.
- The sensor processes the temperature measurement and prepares the data for wireless transmission.
- Temperature data is transmitted using LoRaWAN.
- A compatible LoRaWAN gateway receives the data and forwards it to an IoT platform.
- Data logging can store measurements when LoRaWAN communication is unavailable.
- Stored data can be uploaded when communication is restored.
- Bluetooth and LoRaWAN remote configuration allow device settings to be adjusted.
