DRAGINO Wireless LoRaWAN Differential Pressure Sensor | Solar Powered Available
DRAGINO Wireless LoRaWAN Differential Pressure Sensor | Solar Powered Availableis a LoRaWAN differential pressure sensor designed to measure the pressure difference between two input points and transmit readings wirelessly. It supports multiple pressure ranges from -100 Pa to 100 kPa and LoRaWAN 1.0.3 Class A communication across several regional frequency bands. Bluetooth v5.1 and LoRaWAN remote configuration, wireless firmware updates and periodic or alarm-triggered uplinks make it suitable for remote pressure monitoring applications such as filter clogging detection and air control systems.
The DRAGINO Wireless LoRaWAN Differential Pressure Sensor | Solar Powered Available is designed for applications where the difference in pressure between two points needs to be monitored rather than absolute pressure at a single point.
The sensor has two air pressure inputs and measures the pressure difference between them. For example, monitoring pressure before and after a valve or filter can help identify changes that may indicate restricted flow or clogging.
The device uses LoRaWAN 1.0.3 Class A for wireless communication and supports CN470, EU433, KR920, US915, EU868, AS923, AU915 and IN865 frequency bands. It can send data periodically or when an alarm input is triggered.
How it works
- Two pressure inputs are connected to different measurement points.
- The sensor measures the pressure difference between the two inputs.
- Measurements can be transmitted periodically through the LoRaWAN network or in response to an alarm input.
- Bluetooth v5.1 and LoRaWAN can be used for remote configuration.
- Wireless OTA firmware updates are supported.
Why choose this product
- Wireless differential pressure monitoring - Reduces the need for a wired connection between the sensor and monitoring system.
- Multiple pressure ranges - Available pressure ranges cover -100 Pa to 100 kPa, allowing the appropriate version to be selected for the application.
- Remote configuration - Bluetooth v5.1 and LoRaWAN support remote configuration.
- Flexible data transmission - Supports periodic uplinks and alarm-triggered reporting.
- Low-power operation - The manufacturer specifies a sleep current of 5 A at 3.3 V.
Benefits
The DRAGINO Wireless LoRaWAN Differential Pressure Sensor | Solar Powered Available can help operators monitor changes in differential pressure remotely, making it useful for identifying conditions such as filter clogging. LoRaWAN connectivity allows measurements to be incorporated into a wider wireless monitoring system where suitable network infrastructure is available.
