DRAGINO Wireless LiDAR Distance Sensor with Auto-Clean
DRAGINO Wireless LiDAR Distance Sensor with Auto-Clean is a LoRaWAN LiDAR ToF distance sensor for wireless monitoring of object distance, material position and proximity. It provides measurement up to 25 metres at 90% reflectivity, with 1cm resolution and an automatic optical surface cleaning mechanism. The sensor supports LoRaWAN 1.0.3 Class A, Bluetooth v5.1 configuration and wireless OTA firmware updates, making it suitable for remote monitoring and industrial IoT applications.
The DRAGINO Wireless LiDAR Distance Sensor with Auto-Clean provides wireless distance measurement for IoT monitoring applications. It uses laser-based LiDAR technology to determine the distance to a target and sends the measurement to a LoRaWAN server.
The sensor can measure from 0.1m to 25m at 90% reflectivity, or up to 12m at 10% reflectivity. Accuracy is specified as ±6cm from 0.1m to 6m and ±1% from 6m to 25m, with 1cm distance resolution.
The DRAGINO Wireless LiDAR Distance Sensor with Auto-Clean also incorporates an automatic optical cleaning mechanism. A built-in dust removal brush is driven by the sensor to clean the optical surface, and the cleaning configuration can be customised. This feature can be useful where airborne dust or material deposits could interfere with optical distance measurement.
How it works
