The GT-GF Circular Gear Flow Meter is a precision positive displacement flow meter designed for accurate measurement of high-viscosity liquids under demanding industrial conditions. Featuring stainless steel construction, pulse output, and ±0.5% accuracy, it is ideal for monitoring oils, syrups, resins, greases, adhesives, polymers, fuels, and chemical dosing applications.
The GT-GF Circular Gear Flow Meter is a high-performance positive displacement flow meter engineered for accurate flow measurement of clean, viscous, and non-corrosive liquids. Using a precision-machined circular gear mechanism, the meter measures flow by counting the rotation of internal gears as liquid passes through the measuring chamber.
Unlike turbine or electromagnetic flow meters, gear flow meters maintain excellent accuracy even at low flow rates and with high-viscosity fluids, making them ideal for challenging industrial applications involving oils, lubricants, resins, syrups, paints, and polymers.
Manufactured from durable 304 stainless steel, the GT-GF series provides long service life and excellent resistance to wear in industrial processing environments. The integrated pulse output enables easy connection to PLCs, SCADA systems, batching equipment, data loggers, and flow totalisers.
With flow ranges available from 5 L/h to 20,000 L/h, the GT-GF series offers a versatile solution for process control, dosing, transfer monitoring, and production measurement.
