The ProSense Anti-Corrosive Chemical Flow Meter is engineered for reliable volumetric flow measurement in chemically aggressive environments, where standard metal flow meters are unsuitable.
Constructed with a polyethylene (PE) valve body, the meter provides strong resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, and corrosive process liquids when correctly matched to the application. This makes it well suited to chemical dosing systems, treatment plants, and industrial process lines handling reactive or aggressive media.
Designed for inline installation with DIN flanged connections, the unit supports stable operation in pressurised systems. With an accuracy of ±0.5%, it delivers consistent and repeatable measurement for process monitoring, batching, and fluid transfer applications.
