The Wireless Advanced Vibration & Temperature Sensor is a powerful diagnostic tool designed for precision condition monitoring in industrial environments. Featuring a built-in tri-axis accelerometer and temperature sensor, it delivers accurate measurements of acceleration, velocity, displacement, and peak forces across your machinery or infrastructure.
Supporting a wide range of vibration metrics—including RMS acceleration and velocity, crest factor, duty cycle, and temperature—this sensor enables proactive maintenance and failure prevention. It supports vibration frequencies up to 4200 Hz / 252,000 RPM, and includes a configurable Hanning filter for advanced signal processing.
With a user-configurable measurement interval as low as 1 second and threshold-based alerting, this sensor ensures early detection of mechanical issues such as imbalance, misalignment, or bearing wear.
