This integrated HMI + PLC combines operator interface and control logic in one compact device, reducing wiring and installation space. The 4.3” TFT resistive touchscreen provides an intuitive interface for operators, while the PLC offers 12 digital inputs and 12 relay outputs (5A max each), making it suitable for switching motors, solenoids, contactors, and other mechanical loads.
Despite its small size, the controller supports advanced automation functions such as high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), 100 kHz pulse outputs, interrupts, PID auto-tuning, and interpolation. Optional analog I/O (up to 4 AI and 2 AO) allows direct integration with temperature, current, and voltage signals.
Connectivity includes USB and RS232 by default, with expansion options for RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet. Fully compatible with GX Works2 and Modbus RTU/TCP, this controller integrates seamlessly into industrial networks. With 32K-step program memory, encryption, and input filtering, it ensures dependable and secure operation in compact automation projects.
