This integrated HMI + PLC combines operator interface and control logic in a single compact package, reducing space and installation costs. Featuring a 10.1-inch TFT touchscreen and 30 digital inputs, it provides 30 mixed outputs (26 relay and 4 transistor) — ideal for applications that require both durable mechanical switching and high-speed pulse control.
The PLC supports high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), 100 kHz pulse outputs, PID self-tuning, and interpolation for motion and process control. Optional analog I/O expansion (up to 16 AI and 8 AO) enables direct connection of temperature sensors, current loops, and voltage signals without extra modules.
Connectivity includes USB, RS232, and optional RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet. With support for Mitsubishi protocols, Modbus RTU/TCP, and other standards, integration with SCADA, HMIs, and drives is simple. Program encryption, large memory capacity (32K steps), and signal filtering enhance reliability and security, making this controller a flexible choice for OEMs and industrial users.
