The ProSense Industrial Oven Temperature Profiling Kit provides a complete solution for capturing and analysing oven performance across multiple points simultaneously.
Equipped with an industrial-grade paperless recorder and high-temperature thermocouples, the kit is tailored for profiling ovens of any size — from small batch ovens to large continuous conveyor systems.
The system supports 6 to 12 probe channels, allowing you to monitor air temperature at various zones, track product core temperatures, and verify compliance with temperature uniformity standards.
Data is displayed live on the recorder’s vibrant touchscreen and stored securely to SD/USB for analysis, or streamed via Ethernet/RS-485 to your PLC, SCADA, or the ProSight Cloud for remote access and reporting.
